DMV Hearing

When a person is arrested for DUI in Douglas County, their driver’s license will automatically be suspended until they address the matter at a hearing with the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles.  If you’ve recently been arrested on DUI charges, you must act quickly and schedule your hearing within 7 days of your arrest.  Failure to do so will waive your right to hearing, and you will no longer have the chance to challenge your driver’s license suspension.
